Before we start touring homes, we do all the important pre-hunt work that sets you up for success. We'll get you pre-approved, talk through your home needs and wants list, and make sure you have a clear picture of what to expect in the current Eugene market before you fall in love with anything.
finding (& getting) the right one
This is the fun part (and also where having the right person in your corner really matters the most). I'll help you evaluate every property with a clear head, move quickly when something feels right, and write offers that keep you competitive without leaving you overexposed.
the stuff between acceptance & closing
Once your offer is accepted, the work is far from over. I'll manage the home inspections, paperwork, deadlines, and every curveball that comes up along the way so you can focus on more important things – like packing...or where the couch is going in the new living room.
