Before your home hits the market, there's a lot of important groundwork to cover. We'll talk through pricing strategy, figure out what's worth fixing and what's not, get your home staged and show-ready, and line up professional photography and marketing. That way when we go live, your home has every chance of going quickly for top dollar.
GETTING YOUR HOME seen & shown
I'll make sure your home is marketed beyond just the MLS – to the right buyers, in the right places, at the right time. And whether we get one offer or ten, I'll walk you through every single one so you know exactly what you're looking at and which decision is the right one for you.
the stuff between acceptance & closing
From inspection negotiations to final signatures, I handle everything that stands between an accepted offer and the moment you hand over the keys. There are a lot of moving pieces in this part of the process and making sure none of them fall through the cracks is exactly what I'm here for.
